Founder & CEO
Tara McMullin is the founder of CoCommercial. She’s also the host of What Works, a podcast that takes you behind the scenes of successful small businesses. Entrepreneur named it one of 24 top women-hosted podcasts for business owners. Tara’s work has been featured in Fast Company, Inc, DailyWorth, Forbes, and The Huffington Post. Formerly Tara Gentile.
In her spare time, Tara is an avid runner, climber, and hiker on a quest to explore all of the United States’ 59 National Parks.
Shannon Paris manages community development and makes sure every member knows where to go to get what they need. Before coming to CoCommercial, Shannon worked with artisans and business owners in the world of fair trade. She’s passionate about telling stories about the amazing things entrepreneurs achieve every day.
When she’s not at CoCommercial, she’s singing and playing the ukelele all around Lancaster, PA.
Member Experience Specialist
Kristen Runvik loves helping new members get the most from CoCommercial. She’s an experienced community manager and content marketer.
Kristen is also the founder and herbalist behind Lagom Body Co. Kristen lives in Vancouver, WA.
Rosie Nevius was a small business owner for over 25 years–first as a seamstress, then as a designer, and finally as a digital business caretaker–before Tara convinced her to join the team. Now, Rosie keeps an eye on all the little details on the verge of falling through the cracks and acts as a concierge for our higher touch programs.
She manages Tara’s schedule and helps to produce the Profit. Power. Pursuit. podcast. Rosie loves Asana, P&L reports, cats, and her husband, John.
Producer, What Works
Sean McMullin produces the What Works podcast and assists with marketing. He’s passionate about people, books, fermentation, and house plants. He’s always wanted to edit an old-school zine, the podcast is the next best thing.
Customer Success Advocate
Marty Seefeldt handles our customer support, experience, and success. He ensures everyone has what they need and that getting it is as easy as possible. He also makes all of our technology run, researches more streamlined solutions, and fixes things when they break. In other words, Marty is indispensable.
When he’s not working at CoCommercial, he’s a digital artist and game maker.
